Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, construction, and mechanical maintenance. This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning units and related systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in refrigeration, plumbing, and equipment repair are highly valued. A valid driver's license is required for this position. Must have own tools and transport.

Duties

Install new air conditioning units and HVAC systems according to schematics and HVAC design specifications Perform system troubleshooting and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for proper installation procedures Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used during installations or repairs

Experience

Proven experience in construction, HVAC/R service technician roles, or property maintenance Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics, and mechanical systems Prior field service experience in HVAC installation or maintenance is preferred Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments effectively Additional experience in plumbing, property maintenance, or appliance repair will be considered an asset
