Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various commercial and industrial sites. Duties

Install, commission, and service air conditioning units in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Repair and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, minimising downtime and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system layouts to facilitate accurate installation and repairs. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of refrigerants.

Experience

Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair within commercial or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including familiarity with schematics and technical documentation. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams or managing projects. Practical knowledge of equipment repair techniques specific to air conditioning units. Background in construction or building services is advantageous. Ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently and effectively under pressure. Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC engineering or refrigeration technology are preferred but not essential.
