Position: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Now, we're looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our skilled engineering team.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working hands-on, carrying out servicing, installation, and maintenance of a wide range of refrigeration, air conditioning and associated equipment at customer sites.

This is a varied role where you'll:

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs with accuracy and efficiency Install and commission new and used equipment Perform planned maintenance and respond to urgent breakdowns Share technical expertise with junior engineers and support their development Deliver excellent service to customers, maintaining our trusted reputation Help identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth
After a settling-in period, you'll take part in our on-call rota to support our 24-hour customer response.

What we're looking for:

City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in RACHP or equivalent F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification Proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning engineering A collaborative mindset - we're a close-knit team who help each other grow Strong customer-facing skills and a problem-solving attitude A flexible approach - you'll travel to sites and occasionally work additional hours to meet customer needs A commitment to working safely and to a high standard
