We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across a variety of projects in the Highlands and Islands. This role is pivotal to our continued success and requires someone with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Main Activities:

Install, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems in both commercial and residential settings Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and safely Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns and extend system life Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety standards Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients to understand their needs and offering professional advice Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and compliance documentation

Qualifications and experience:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent F Gas Certification is essential Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well within a team, but also able to carry out tasks independently Full UK driving licence Fluent in English
