Summary
Based at Wycombe Air Park, the successful candidate will join the aircraft airworthiness team and aircraft engineers to ensure the continued airworthiness of our current fleet of Helicopters and Fixed wing aircraft. You will train to become responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all aircraft is planned in accordance with the approved maintenance programme, as well as overseeing day-to-day tasks within the CAMO and Planning department. As part of this role, you will be trained to be able to:
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule aircraft maintenance in compliance with Part-CAMO, Part 145, the CAME and all applicable Aviation Regulations
Control Aircraft component configuration and ensuring maintenance records of life service limited parts are accurately controlled and forecasted
Ensure information in completed worksheets and work packs is entered into the computer system, and that aircraft status is current and out of phase items are communicated to the operator and noted in the tech log
Record aircraft, engine, component, flight hours, cycles, life limits, maintenance, repairs, modification
Manage, verify and audit of aircraft records and data within the electronic continuing airworthiness management system
Manage all Logbooks, Mod Books and Logcards
Manage airworthiness records storage and archiving
Assist with aircraft & component records review as required
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Basic understanding of aviation regulations (preferred)
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Enthusiasm for learning about aircraft operations and maintenance.
