We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Aluminium Sales Executive who thrives on winning new business and opening doors. If have experience selling

The Role
This is a new-business-focused sales role with autonomy, support, and genuine earning potential. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and converting leads across the Cambridge and Essex region, while also developing key relationships into long-term accounts. You'll be selling premium aluminium systems into contractors, developers, architects, and private clients, working on exciting and high-value projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively generate new business and open new accounts
Target contractors, developers, architects, and specifiers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospect ? quote ? close
Build and maintain a strong regional pipeline
Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
Hit and exceed sales targets with confidence
Work closely with estimating and the project teams to close deals
About You
Proven experience selling aluminium products is essential
Strong background in new business / field sales
Confident closer with excellent negotiation skills
Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and responsibility
Commercially sharp and target driven
Full UK driving licence
