THE ROLE

This is an exciting new role designed to build and strengthen Yarm School's alumni community while establishing the foundations for a strategic fundraising programme. The Alumni, Development and Fundraising Manager will develop and deliver engaging alumni initiatives, foster philanthropic support, and plan a longterm development strategy. The post holder will be part of a busy Marketing, Communications and Development Department and will benefit from its guidance and expertise. This role will work across the School to cultivate alumni and community connections, support events and communications, and establish the systems and processes needed to enhance and strengthen Yarm School's development and fundraising capacity.

CONTRACTUAL MATTERS

Annual salary from 37,790 to 43,814 dependent on skills and experience. 37.5 hours per week to be worked 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. There will be some flexibility in relation to working hours to accommodate evening and weekend work. Full year therefore a requirement to work over the school holidays. Holidays of 21 days per year, rising to 24 over 3 years, plus bank holidays and additional days for Christmas closure. Holiday leave to be taken in school holidays.
