Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development and Fundraising Manager
to lead income generation and partnership development, ensuring the sustainability, strength and growth of our community projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a fundraising strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Secure funding from trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors.
Write compelling proposals and grant applications.
Build strong relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders.
Lead community fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
Drive business development through partnerships and innovative projects.
Manage our social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
Person Specifications
Proven track record in fundraising and business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking and planning ability.
Proficiency in social media engagement and analytics.
Commitment to inclusion and awareness of issues affecting adults with learning disabilities.
Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
