We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Alumni Support Coordinator

to support the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of our alumni engagement programme within Executive Education. The role involves coordinating events and activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards of service and participant experience.


The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of 16.92 per hour + holiday pay


Key responsibilities include:



Programme planning and delivery

- Coordinate the planning, preparation and delivery of alumni events and activities.

Stakeholder engagement

- Build and maintain positive relationships with alumni, participants, faculty, guest speakers, clients and internal teams.

Event logistics

- Manage bookings for venues, accommodation, catering, travel and enrichment activities, liaising with suppliers and internal services.

Programme materials and quality assurance

- Prepare, proofread and distribute programme materials, maintain learning platforms, and ensure quality processes are applied.

Virtual delivery

- Host webinars, monitor attendance, manage recordings and ensure smooth delivery of online sessions.

Budget support

- Process invoices and expenditure, ensuring value for money with suppliers.

CRM and data management

- Maintain accurate alumni records on Salesforce, update profiles, track engagement and support reporting.

Alumni communications

- Contribute to alumni communications, community platform updates and engagement activities.

Selection Criteria:



Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional responses. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task effectively while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement. Experience in organising and delivering events (in-person, virtual or hybrid), including liaising with suppliers and managing logistics. High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to quality assurance in materials and communications. Confident user of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office applications. Self-driven, adaptable and motivated to continuously learn, reflect and improve.
