We are looking to add to our fast-growing sales team a passionate and driven, confident and commercially minded sales focused individual to join our E-commerce team and work as E-commerce Executive managing our existing online accounts, setting up new accounts for online selling platforms. It is a full time position and will be based in our busy office in Epsom.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be responsible for managing our amazon platform efficiently and effectively, promoting company's objectives as appropriate and ensuring that the allocated accounts and the sales team achieve and exceed set sales targets.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Monitoring active product listings and seller performance for allocated accounts; enriching and optimizing product listings data where necessary; optimize searchability of products
Maintaining and handling new product uploads on allocated accounts
Managing marketing and promotion of products; implementing market place specific promotions; executing SEO activities
Managing inventory; solving any problems with regards to stock levels and dispatch
Monitoring traffic and sales reports; providing regular reporting and data analysis on allocated accounts' performance
Handling accounts' store customer care and supporting via email and online chat facilities
Working alongside Marketing and E-commerce Departments to manage and implement marketing campaigns for account Ads & Google Ads
Monitoring competitor websites and market trends, making recommendations to improve proposition
Researching new potential products to list

Strong analytic capabilities with specific knowledge of online marketing analytics
Good attention to detail
E-commerce experience in a similar role working with key players such as Amazon or Ebays
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics
Ability to research product areas and generate informative copy
A good command of the English language, in particular spelling and grammar
Fluency in any European language (Italian, Spanish, German or French) would be a distinct advantage
A good team player with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
