what you'll be doing at Shine:
On reception:
you will be providing a warm spa like welcome and greeting to all guests when they arrive at SHINE. Helping customers with any query from sorting mail, answering and transferring calls to giving directions to events around the building.
Sales and general administration:
respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, updating team members on order updates including kitchen and delivery drivers, general conference admin and generally ensuring clients get top notch service from the start. Plus administration support for the General Manager.
SheCanShine programme administration:
You will work directly with the Managing Director to help with the administration of our female founders programme: SheCanShine. This is our flagship programme supporting women just starting out in business, helping them start and grow their business.
Provide back-up hosting for the General Manager:
on occasion, in the General Manager's absence you will be the host for any customer events happening at Shine.
Helping the Commercial Director with social media:
helping to organise and post social media content for the company working directly with the Commercial Director. You don't have to be a social media expert! it's just the administrative help we need.

Salary & Benefits
Salary (13,105 based on 20hrs a week)
Bonus (paid annually, directly related to company performance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 1.30am to 5.30pm on site.
Holiday: 31 days holiday (including bank holidays and your birthday)
