We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator/ Receptionist to support our team in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with property management administration, including processing tenancy applications, referencing, and maintenance requests.
Upload property listings and manage updates on advertising platforms (Zoopla, etc.)
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Professional appearance and manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Part-time, flexible within office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm). Working patterns will be discussed and agreed upon to accommodate both the successful candidate's availability and the operational needs of the office.
