Job Description

What you will do

• Conduct rigorous financial analysis and modelling for new private and public investment opportunities

• Prepare investment committee presentations and memoranda

• Monitor and analyse the operational and financial performance of existing investments

• Assist with the daily management of existing real estate investments, including interaction with existing partners and managers, public companies and third-party service providers

• Contribute to group collaboration and sharing knowledge across the NBIM organisation

What you need

• University degree with strong academic records

• 2-4 years of relevant real estate investment experience, preferably from a top real estate, investment or fund manager

• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills, and high level of proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong aptitude for learning and applying AI tools to enhance the investment process
