Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Real Estate PSL in Sheffield to provide expert legal support and drive innovation within a leading real estate legal team. You will manage legal queries, update documentation, and collaborate with tech teams to enhance transaction processes.
The Real Estate PSL will be:

  • Providing expert legal guidance to the Real Estate Transactions team
  • Managing and updating standard real estate documents
  • Keeping the team informed on relevant legal developments
  • Delivering targeted training sessions to enhance team knowledge
  • Collaborating closely with Legal Operations and Legal Tech teams
  • Driving innovative solutions to improve transaction processes
  • Streamlining workflows through legal automation and technology
  • Acting as a key knowledge resource across the real estate legal function

The Real Estate Knowledge Counsel should be / have;
  • A solicitor or equivalent with significant experience in real estate

  • Comfortable working with Legal Tech and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborative and innovative in approach, with strong communication skills
