Application Support Engineer - Helpdesk

to join our

Engineering

team.

This team is the beating heart of Prima.

You'll be joining over 200 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you'll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.

What you'll do

Provide 1st line IT support assisting global colleagues across the UK, Italy and Spain. Deliver technical support across a range of SaaS applications. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Enterprise Application Support teams to develop and enhance world-class IT services. Liaise with external providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What we're looking for

Strong working knowledge of both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration and support. Proficiency in managing and deploying automation workflows. Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems. Experience using an ITSM platform for ticketing and incident management.

Nice-to-have

Linux experience.
