Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Application Support Specialist to join a fast-growing software company serving the restaurant retail sector. This role involves supporting integrations with third-party delivery platforms (UberEats, Just Eat, Glovo), POS systems (NCR, Oracle), and proprietary online ordering solutions like click & collect, kiosks, and drive-thru.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure complex application and menu integrations across delivery platforms, POS, and internal systems ensuring seamless client experience Own technical incident management: troubleshoot, log, update clients, escalate, and engage vendors or development teams as needed Develop and deliver professional end-user training, including supporting materials; provide technical guidance to staff Draft and distribute support communications to stakeholders; maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in problem and change management processes Test product configurations and collaborate with development teams for enhancements and rollouts Automate repetitive tasks, implement process improvements, and respond to user feedback to enhance customer experience Provide exceptional customer service through chat and email, collaborating closely with account managers and multiple stakeholders daily
Essential Skills and Competencies:
