The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong background in B2B sales, and proficiency in CRM software.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads and book appointments.
Utilise our CRM software to manage client information and track interactions.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on scheduled appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment booking process.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for appointment bookings.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
