Clear Vision Eyewear is an established Midlands based optical wholesale company looking for someone with key skills and dedication to join our work force.
Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to our customers (opticians) to arrange meetings for our sales agents to visit them.
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for clients
-Making outbound sale calls
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your fluency in English will be an asset in effectively communicating with our diverse client base.
