Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Procurement Coordinator / Sales Support to play a key role in both customer sales and admin operations. This is a varied role that combines relationship-building, inbound sales support, and essential commercial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing B2B customers and suppliers.
Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively follow up on leads.
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer support.
Provide day-to-day sales support.
Maintain and update accurate customer and supplier data in the CRM system.
Prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Work closely with the internal transport team to coordinate logistics and movements.
Assist the commercial team with pricing updates, contract management, and reporting.
Actively promote A&A's products and services in line with company values
Ensure all processes align with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
What We are Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in waste, recycling, logistics, or procurement with CRM experience is an advantage.
Strong organisational and admin abilities
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
