- Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in CRM system
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using software tools for lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a must
