We are a telecoms business working with EE, O2, VODAFONE & THREE dedicated to providing exceptional products, tariffs and servcies to our existing and new clients. We pride ourselves on delivering not only competitive qoutes but also top-notch customer service whilst ensuring seamless operations.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by efficiently scheduling and coordinating appointments for our sales team. This is a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and continued growth within our business.

Responsibilities:



Manage incoming appointment requests via phone, email, or online platforms. Create new appointments via phone, email, and social media. Schedule appointments accurately, taking into account client preferences, staff availability, and other relevant factors. Coordinate with various departments or team members to ensure all appointments are properly logged and communicated. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary instructions or reminders. Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests. Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a similar role preferred but

not

required - full training given. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
