We are seeking a proactive and organised Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client appointments, maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Duties
Coordinate and confirm client appointments via phone, email, or CRM software
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage appointment schedules efficiently
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new appointments and follow up on leads
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimise scheduling processes
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and courteously
Assist in developing strategies to improve appointment booking procedures and client engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing, or appointment setting roles is preferred
Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organised, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
