Hypnotherapy Unleashed is the UK's fastest-growing online hypnotherapy clinic, delivering life-changing transformations through our proprietary modality, Superconscious Breakthrough Therapy(TM).

We're looking for an emotionally intelligent, purpose-driven appointment setter/closer to help guide people from initial inquiry to booking, and ultimately into life-changing hypnotherapy programmes.

All leads are warm and pre-qualified -- no cold calling, no sleazy selling. Just meaningful conversations with people who've already asked for help.

Your Responsibilities:

Call warm leads who've opted in or requested a callback

Use our GoHighLevel CRM to manage conversations, follow-ups, and bookings

Book qualified clients into paid programmes with our hypnotherapists

When appropriate, close clients directly into paid programmes (795-2,500)

Send SMS/email/voice notes using our done-for-you scripts

Follow up diligently and build rapport without pressure or pushiness

Log all communication inside the CRM and report key metrics

Hours & Flexibility:

We offer 2 shift options to match your energy and lifestyle:

Morning Shift: 7AM-3PM (UK time)

Afternoon Shift: 1PM-8PM (UK time)

Sunday-Thursday preferred, but part-time considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Earn

150-300 per close (Avg 1-2 closes/day)

No cold calling -- all leads come through inbound marketing

Plug-and-play scripts, lead management system, and templates

Be part of a growing, mission-led clinic with real soul

Work from anywhere -- but must be UK-based or familiar with UK market

Bonus if You Have:

Experience in therapy/wellness/coaching sales

High-performance CRM or pipeline experience

A strong voice & great written tone for client comms

A hunger for growth and a love for making a difference
