This would be a full time role!
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated appointment setter to join our team and assist in growing our client base. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our career coaches. Your ability to engage with prospects and create meaningful conversations will directly contribute to finding the right students to support.
This is a full-time and remote position, and you can work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify prospective clients interested in career coaching services, focusing on specific needs and goals.Outbound Calls:
Reach out to leads (call, email or text), qualify potential ones and book for sales consultations calls.Appointment Scheduling:
Set appointments for potential clients with our career coaches, ensuring that appointments are well-aligned with both the client's and the coach's schedules.Follow-up:
Continuously nurture leads through follow-up messages and emails, providing additional information and addressing questions or concerns.Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.Collaboration:
Work closely with our sales and marketing team to align efforts.Qualifications:
Minimal 1 year work experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably in a high ticket coaching industry. Cold calling experience is a MUST. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
Salary: OTE $1000-3000 per month.
Amenable to work during UK time: Late Shift, Night Shift at Monday to Friday

Pay: 1,000.00-3,000.00 per month
