Brown & Carroll design, manufacture and install high-quality bespoke finishes for our clients in the commercial, high-end residential, restaurant, education & health sectors. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build upon their higher education qualifications and have a passion for the built environment.

Responsibilities

will include working alongside our Projects Directors assisting with:

The management of live projects Assisting our front-end site installation teams in delivering complex fit out schemes to the highest standards The preparation and reporting of inspections and test plans, site progress and Defects & Defects Close Out Assisting with the production and recording of site diaries Assisting with Site Materials and plant requisition process Identifying opportunities to improve processes on future projects Ensuring Document control registers are up to date Providing dashboard summary information Assisting with subcontractor requisition and management

Qualifications

Essential requirements:

3 x A levels (or an other Level 3 equivalent qualification) plus 5 GCSEs to include Maths (5) and English (5) as a minimum Proficient in Microsoft Windows software package Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with a wide variety of roles within the site and manufacturing environments Calm and critical thinking abilities A keen interest in construction and the build environment
This role is predominantly based on various London Sites (within the M25). However, travel to our Head Office in Basildon, Essex will be required on a regular basis.
