JOB TITLE:

Apprentice Business Administrator

Overall Purpose of Role:

Assist with all administrative requirements.

Reports to:

Base Manager

Liaises with:

Employees, Line managers and Managing Director

Direct Reports:

N/A

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:



The Roles and Responsibilities of the Apprentice Business Administrator will include but not be limited to:-

Assist with all administration requirements

Assisting with formatting of all reports

Updating hard copy training files with updated certificates

Advising operations of impending training requirements for all employees

Assist with the writing of minutes for department meetings

Assist with new supplier/new customer documentation

Assisting with purchasing and reporting savings as made

General Administration duties including incoming and outgoing mail duties

Answering and diverting telephone calls

Taking accurate telephone messages and passing to relevant parties

Qualifications and Experiences



Essential:



Excellent organisational skills both oral and written

Attentive attention to detail

Able to work well in a team

Confident to work off your own initiative

Desirable:



GCSE (or equivalent qualification) in Math's, English and an IT subject

Experience using Microsoft packages.
