We are looking for a well-organised and eager-to-learn Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial services while working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You'll support our Mortgage Progressors, assist with customer enquiries, and help manage mortgage applications in a structured, friendly environment
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Assist Mortgage Progressors with mortgage and protection applications, from submission to completion
Handle a small caseload under supervision
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements
GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths
Basic admin experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organised and attentive to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
