About the role

You will be working in our Weston-super-Mare Office, 301 - 304 Parkway, Worle, North Somerset, BS22 6WA You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch. You will be earning 24,087, up to 3% bonus plus SUEZ Benefits.

About the Role

As a Procurement Support Administrator, you'll provide essential support to our procurement help desk, ensuring compliance and excellent service for colleagues and suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or anyone seeking a career change into procurement and administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:


Supporting the administration of our help desk function in line with compliance and internal policies. Managing supplier account administration and maintaining accurate records. Carrying out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software updates to ensure smooth implementation. Resolving queries positively and efficiently, delivering a great customer experience. Assisting the Procurement Support Desk Manager to improve processes and keep guides and instructions up to date.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-focused approach. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level. GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C (4) or above. Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment, with excellent organisational skills. Experience with Coupa or similar purchase-to-pay systems is advantageous but not essential.
