Apprentice Early Years Educator - Grow With Us!

Are you passionate about working with children and ready to take the next step in your childcare career? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our nurturing nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working toward your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

About the Role

As an Apprentice, you'll support the daily care and development of children in a vibrant nursery setting. You'll learn from experienced educators, contribute to engaging activities, and help create a safe, stimulating environment where children thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the care and supervision of children aged 0-12 Support lead educators in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe nursery environment Observe and report on children's progress to senior staff
What You'll Need

Level 2 childcare qualification (desirable but ideal for those progressing to Level 3) GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (required) A genuine interest in early childhood education Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential)

Experience working with children aged 0-12 or with babies Familiarity with EYFS, COEL, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Understanding of key person systems, observations, and planning
Training & Support

All apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with our external training provider, based at the nursery. We offer online training for all employees and a supportive environment focused on your growth.

Safeguarding & Compliance

Position subject to satisfactory references Enhanced DBS required (cost met by employee)
