The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their development through engaging activities and play.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the children's education.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is preferred.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support fellow educators.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for transportation purposes related to outings or activities.
