We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Apprentice Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in mechanical and electrical engineering while contributing to the development and maintenance of state-of-the-art dairy hygiene equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, installation, and servicing of dairy hygiene systems.
Support the engineering team in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Participate in on-site consultations and installations across the UK.
Maintain workshop tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Contribute to product testing and quality control processes.
Embrace sustainable engineering practices in line with company values.
WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
40 hours
REQUIRED SKILLS
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
REQUIRED QUALITIES
A keen interest in engineering and the agricultural sector.
Willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of a team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
