Job Description

We are recruiting for an Apprentice Financial Services Administrator on behalf of one of our prestigious Financial Adviser Employers in the Sunderland area. The role is to provide administrative support to their team to ensure that relationships between advisers and their clients are optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.

Our employer's practice focuses on providing regular face-to-face advice and maintaining long-term client relationships, enhancing their approach by connecting clients who could benefit from working together. They are known for hosting targeted networking events that attract top business names across various industries. The team offer assistance in creating customised investment strategies to help manage financial futures.

As an apprentice, you'll work at the company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you'll do at work



Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Adviser/Paraplanner; Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication; Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation; Process applications accurately and record the required management information; Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner; Prepare client review packs Work with other practice colleagues to ensure application and provider forms are prepared as required and clients are updated throughout the process; Work within and stay up to date with template changes and advice notes;

Requirements



Essential qualifications



GCSE English (Grade Grade 4 or higher) essential GCSE Mathematics (Grade Grade 4 or higher) essential
Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements



Previous experience in a working environment; Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable); Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce (desirable).

Pay: From 18,000.00 per year
