You'll learn how to manage client cases, handle day-to-day operations, and develop the organisational and communication skills that are essential in the financial services industry. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll be supported by experienced colleagues and mentors who will help you grow into a confident, skilled professional.

Salary & Progression:


For the first year, you'll earn

7.55 per hour

(the national apprenticeship wage). Upon successfully completing your first year, you'll receive a

pay rise

to reflect your growing experience and contribution.

What You'll Be Doing



Working as part of our Client Services team, you'll:

Answer incoming phone calls, scanning post and other office duties. Support advisers with diary management, scheduling client reviews, and preparing documentation. Help process new business applications, update back-office systems, and ensure data accuracy. Assist with client queries and provide updates on progress. Learn how to maintain accurate client records and manage workflow systems. Collaborate with paraplanners to gather policy information for reports. Take part in weekly team calls and contribute to smooth operations across the business.

You'll also receive full support from your line manager, ensuring you have the guidance and encouragement to succeed.

About You

No prior experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
