Apprentice Handler

. You'll begin your journey in our dynamic

Once you've completed your

Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship

, you'll have options. You might choose to stay and grow as a

Claims Handler

, becoming a specialist in your field. Or, if you're curious about the client side, you could progress into

an Account Handler

or even an A

ccount Executive

role. The path is yours to shape - and we'll support you every step of the way.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting customers through the claims process with professionalism and empathy Learning how to assess, manage, and resolve insurance claims Collaborating with experienced colleagues across different departments Developing a deep understanding of insurance products and client needs Building the skills to transition into other roles - or deepen your expertise in claims
