Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn on the job? We're looking for a motivated Apprentice IT Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

You'll gain hands-on experience supporting our IT systems; troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our staff. It's a great opportunity to build real-world skills while working with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver front-line IT support to clients across a variety of systems Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Assist with installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance Learn how to manage and secure business-critical systems Develop excellent communication and problem-solving skills Be mentored by experienced professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment
