Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn on the job? We're looking for a motivated Apprentice IT Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

You'll gain hands-on experience supporting our IT systems; troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our staff. It's a great opportunity to build real-world skills while working with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with hardware and software installation Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues Providing technical support to employees at all levels Documenting processes, including troubleshooting steps taken Performing regular updates and maintenance tasks on company systems Escalating issues to 3rd party support and vendors as necessary Resolving all issues users have with their IT systems and software (MS Windows, M365 Cloud services) Adhering to company IT policies

Knowledge skills and behaviours developed in the role

You'll get experience with everything from phones and logins to helping staff with software issues and raising tickets with suppliers.

What opportunities exist for the Apprentice after their complete their Apprenticeship

There is a full-time role available at the end of the apprenticeship, along with an opportunity to progress to a higher level of study, such as Network Engineer Level 4.
