Mosaic Spa & Health Clubs is one of the leading spa and leisure management companies specialising in the management of spa and leisure clubs. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and fun environment for our members and guests.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Apprentice to join the team at Imagine Health & Spa, Old Hall Hotel - Caister-on-Sea.

This role will include learning the day-to-day operations of the health club and spa. Whilst on shift, the successful candidate will fulfil wide-ranging duties including:

Reception duties; Membership enquiries; Spa enquiries and bookings; Lifeguarding; Cleaning; Assisting gym users; and ultimately ensuring our customers enjoy a clean and safe environment in which to relax and exercise.
This position will enable you to complete an I

ntermediate (level 2) Apprenticeship as a Customer Service Practitioner

and offers a variety of training qualifications within the apprenticeship, including the

nationally recognised RLSS Lifeguard Qualification

Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (gym)

, as well as

Customer Care

and

Sales training

. English and Maths may need to be studied depending upon your current qualification attainment.

This role is offered for the duration of the apprenticeship and would suit someone who is wishing to enter the leisure industry and pursue and develop a career in a health club environment, and who shares our passion for providing great customer service. A swimming assessment will need to be undertaken as part of the application process.

The contract will be 20 hours per week and will involve shift work over a seven-day shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. Overtime will be available as well.

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship and subject to a suitable vacancy arising, we can also help you achieve nationally recognised qualifications in Pool Plant Operator and First Aid at Work, as well as NVQs in Personal Training, Leisure Management, Team Leadership and Customer Service.
