Apprentice Nursery Practitioner

Working Pattern

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (including 20% time out for studies)

Salary -

15,704 per annum

Location

- East Molesey (10 minutes from Hampton Court station)

Qualification-

Early Years Practitioner (level 2 or 3 depending on previous experience and ability)

Length of Course

- Approx 18 months

About the Role

Our friendly team are seeking a passionate individual to join Sapphires Nursery initially based in our baby room as an Early Years apprentice. In this role, you will learn to nurture, develop and care for children across 3 age group rooms. Our supportive team will help guide and develop your skills in your qualification whilst you earn. On completing the course, we hope you would join the team as a fully fledged qualified Educator.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the room leader in providing rich learning opportunities for all children. Developing and maintaining strong relationships and communications with parents to facilitate day-to-day caring needs. Taking an active part in the daily routines within the nursery, for example: preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment etc. Taking opportunities to introduce the children to new learning experiences wherever possible.
