Apprentice Nursery Assistant
Wembley Central Nursery, school which is rated Good by Ofsted is seeking an Apprentice Nursery Assistant to work alongside qualified staff in a childcare setting in order to achieve a level2/3 qualification in Childcare.
An opportunity to progress to a level 2 Nursing practitioner with the Wembley Central on completion of your apprenticeship programme.
The preferred candidate will be responsible for providing quality care and learning opportunities for children, based on the needs and interests of those children. The age bracket of the children is between 3 months to 5 years old.
They will also take part in activities and paricipate in school outings in a very friendly environment.
Duties include;
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues.
Ensure health and safety and well-being of the children.
Support the children's development, learning and play.
Be a key person for a small group of children, carrying out all related responsibilities and building relationships with them and their families.
Providing inspiration to nursery children through exciting activities in all areas of learning whilst incorporating the EYFS.
Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided
