We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumber to join our team. Duties

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out tasks efficiently and safely Support with welding and assembly work as required for pipe fitting and system connections Perform basic carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations and repairs Conduct measurements and calculations using basic maths to ensure accurate fitting and alignment of components Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively

Requirements

A keen interest in plumbing, mechanical systems, or construction trades Basic knowledge of plumbing principles and techniques is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key Experience or familiarity with welding, carpentry, or assembly work is desirable Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment safely and effectively Good organisational skills with attention to detail Physically fit with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined or awkward spaces Valid driving licence for commercial driving duties is preferred but not mandatory at entry level Willingness to undertake training in plumbing techniques, safety procedures, and industry standards

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 100.00-120.00 per day
