Job Summary:

As an Apprentice Property Inspector, you will work alongside our experienced team to inspect properties, identify defects, and report on their condition. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the property industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the inspection of properties, including residential and commercial buildings
Identify and record defects, damage, and wear and tear
Take photographs and measurements as required
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
Work effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure high-quality service
Develop knowledge and understanding of property inspection techniques and procedures
Requirements:

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the property industry is essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications:

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
A willingness to undertake an apprenticeship in Property Inspection (e.g., Level 2 Diploma in Property Inspection)
A driving license is desirable
