We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inspector to join our experienced Lettings team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest levels of customer service and client standards by conducting thorough inspections of a large portfolio of rental properties within the Private Rental Sector. This is a fantastic opportunity within a progressive company.
We are looking to recruit a part time Property Inspector who is able to work alongside our fantastic team in our Worksop branch.
Good time management and initiative are two of the key competencies required for this role. Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service/administration role, with the ability to nurture client relationships and must have excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

The job is subject to suitable references.
The hours required are Part-time and may require occasional Saturdays from 9am -1pm. The role comes with a basic salary and company commission structure.
Applicants will need a full/clean driving license and use of their own car. We will pay 45p per mile for any business miles. This is a permeant role with a holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum (plus bank holidays, Pro rata) i
Duties
Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of properties.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
Identify works and communicate findings effectively to relevant parties.
Client communications.
Instruction of works and completion checks.
Assist in the development and review of inspection procedures and standards.
Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
Skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Good communication skills for clear reporting of inspection outcomes.
Customer service and Client retention.
Familiarity with Lettings legislation and industry standards is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
