Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates via job boards and social media platforms
Conduct screening interviews over the phone and on Microsoft Teams
Organise interviews and collect feedback from clients
Maintain accurate records of candidates and client activity
Research and reach out to new businesses to offer recruitment services
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective clients
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
Understand job roles to effectively match candidates to vacancies
Support with administrative duties including contracts and compliance checks
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Gather detailed information to ensure the right match between candidates and roles
