Recruitment Resourcer
to join our high-energy team. This is a
fast-paced
, high-volume role where you'll play a crucial part in sourcing, vetting, and placing top-tier candidates for various projects across the UK. You'll need to be quick-thinking, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for a range of roles in the construction, rail, and engineering sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
Respond quickly to client requirements, often working to tight deadlines.
Manage job adverts, CV databases, and applicant tracking systems.
Conduct initial interviews and pre-employment checks, including right-to-work and reference verifications.
Liaise with the recruitment and compliance teams to ensure all workers are fully compliant before site deployment.
Keep accurate records and maintain internal databases.
Support recruitment campaigns and attend job fairs or events as required.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-moving
, target-driven environment.
Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Comfortable using recruitment platforms, databases, and MS Office.
Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Knowledge of the construction or rail sectors is a plus.
