As part of our Growth Team, you'll help us explore healthcare innovations, understand our patient population, and use data to inform better services. Your work will directly support strategic decisions and drive improvements across the organisation.

Conducting research to support strategic goals

Communicating findings clearly, producing case studies and other business collateral
Tracking trends and emerging practices in healthcare
Providing general research and admin support to the team

What we're looking for:
Essential:
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 94 / AC or equivalent) Naturally curious, analytical, and eager to learn
A clear communicator, both written and verbal
Well-organised with great attention to detail
Able to work independently and within a team
Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
Genuinely interested in healthcare, social research, and making a difference
A full driving licence
Desirable:
A degree in Social Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field
At least 6 months' experience in an admin, project support, or junior research role
Basic understanding of research methods and tools
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
