Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working outdoors, enjoys hands-on work, and is keen to learn a wide range of practical skills in a supportive, professional environment.

You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of projects, gaining knowledge and skills in:

Garden room construction Landscaping and groundwork Timber and oak frame structures Decking installation Site preparation and finishing techniques Use of tools, machinery, and materials relevant to the trade

A genuine interest in construction, landscaping, and outdoor projects Willingness to learn and take instruction A good work ethic and a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Punctual, reliable, and respectful on site Ability to work well in a team environment No prior experience necessary - just a keen attitude and willingness to develop new skills

Additional Information:
