Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Warehouse Operative Apprentice

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy warehouse environment while developing essential skills in logistics, teamwork, and operations. You will support the warehouse team with day-to-day tasks, learning how to handle stock, prepare orders, and ensure goods move smoothly through the business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Support with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised at all times Learn to use warehouse systems and processes to track goods Work with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations Follow health & safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Skills & Qualifications

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred) Basic IT and numeracy skills No experience required -- full training provided
