Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors. As Morgan Marine continues to flourish and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our Steel team with a Welding Apprentice in our busy Steel Department.

THE ROLE:

As a Welding Apprentice you will be trained in the welding process, working closely with experienced fabricators and welders to develop the technical skills needed for high-quality fabrication and welding. You will support day-to-day production task and assist in manufacturing steel components. You will be reasonably expected to attend college once a week, and complete relevant NVQ / Training as depicted by your Line Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry recognised qualification and hands-on experience in a professional and safety- focused environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You will have strong interest in welding and fabrication and be eager to learn through both practical and theoretical training. A good level of manual ability and attention to detail is essential. Along with the ability to follow instructions accurately. You must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a willingness to learn.

Some experience in hand tools or in a workshop environment is desirable but not essential.
