We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Facilitator to coordinate and monitor the progress of apprentices.
The successful candidate will provide advice, support and mentorship for apprentices, liaising with others to ensure they progress toward completing their apprenticeship in compliance with College policies and procedures. They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team and professional services that share the goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.
They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and can prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They can plan and prioritise their work schedule to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills, and be happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared goals.
Job Overview
Coordinate and monitor the progress of apprentices using the college's processes, review apprentices' progress on a timely basis, and ensure that apprentices complete their apprenticeship.
To provide employers with information and advice about the benefits of having an apprentice, liaise with them about their apprentices' progress, and highlight where concerns arise, all in line with Skills Funding Agency requirements.
