Apprenticeship Reviewer

to join our Apprenticeships team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with learners and employers, and who is committed to ensuring high-quality apprenticeship experiences.

About the Role




As an Apprenticeship Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices, conducting regular reviews, and monitoring progress in collaboration with tutors, assessors, and employers. You will play a key role in supporting learners through their journey, ensuring timely interventions and preparation for End Point Assessment.

Essential Criteria



Recognised national qualification at Level 3 or above. English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. Experience working with work-based providers or employers. Strong organisational and communication skills. Full and current driving licence.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct reviews with apprentices and employers every 10-12 weeks, ensuring all required documentation is completed and uploaded. Monitor apprentice progress, attendance, and achievement, and arrange pastoral support where needed. Support learners in preparing for End Point Assessment, ensuring off-the-job training logs are complete and accurate. Liaise with tutors and assessors to ensure consistent and transparent communication. Carry out health and safety checks at employer premises and ensure safe working environments. Ensure learner inductions are completed and functional skills delivery is coordinated. Maintain accurate tracking of learner progress in line with targets and funding requirements.
